Casa Scordilli is only a 10-minute drive from the main national road, facilitating effortless excursions throughout the enchanting landscapes of Crete. Moreover, for those seeking sun-kissed shores, the villa lies in proximity to sandy family beaches that are ideal for families with kids. Some of these beaches are Kalathas (6 km away), Marathi, Loutraki, and Tersanas (11 km away each), as well as Stavros (12 km away). In case you prefer a more entertaining day by the sea, the vibrant beach bars of Agia Marina and Platanias, situated 15 kilometers away, host music events and soirées, presenting a vivacious seaside ambiance.

Venture towards the west coast of Crete, and you will discover some of Greece's most extraordinary natural beaches; Falassarna, Balos Lagoon, Gramvousa, and Elafonisi. Although approximately an hour's drive away from the villa, these beaches are unequivocally worth the journey, promising a memorable exploration of the island's renowned coastal treasures.

As the sun sets, visit the Venetian Lighthouse and stroll around the Old Harbour. Chania's culinary scene unfolds like a well-penned gastronomic tale, offering a variety of restaurants showcasing authentic Cretan cuisine. Among the Town's alleys, you will find lively bars and boutique shops, while a few steps away from the heart of Chania lies Nea Chora, a seaside spot renowned for its seafood restaurants. The local museums, such as the Archaeological, the Naval, and the Folklore Museums are worth visiting, as well as Splatzia Square, a vibrant meeting point with small restaurants and bars.
